Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated February 24, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 25, 2015, for failure to provide this Court with a transcript of the hearing on the petition before the Support Magistrate, to reinstate the appeal, and for leave to file the transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
