Motion by John Barry and Raymond M. Weinstein, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 10, 2016, which denied their prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 30, 2015, which affirmed, insofar as appealed from, a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
