Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered May 14, 2013, to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant's time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is enlarged to August 8, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent, if so advised, may serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief on or before August 22, 2016.
