The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Duncan F. Bruce-Ross, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on appeals from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered May 14, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-1180 S CR), and from a resentence of the same court imposed October 28, 2014 (appeal No. 2015-1341 S CR), for leave to renew and reargue so much of his prior motion as sought to consolidate the two appeals. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 28, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
