It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgment of Oswego County Court, rendered December 8, 2014 and the order of Oswego County Court, dated November 5, 2015, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
