| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Allen C. Rolle for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Rolle was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on July 29, 1985. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 22, 2000, Mr. Rolle was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, under Appellate Division Docket No. 1999-02774 (see Matter of Rolle, 271 AD2d 103). By opinion and order of this Court dated April 15, 2002, Mr. Rolle was disbarred, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-of-law, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2000-05126 (see Matter of Rolle, 292 AD2d 96).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Allen C. Rolle's character and general fitness to practice law.
