Motion by Tzifil Realty Corp. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, both dated December 2, 2015, which respectively determined its appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated February 19, 2014, and a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 27, 2013, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
