Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 2, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 27, 2016, inter alia, to clarify the decision and order dated January 27, 2016, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall make no further motions concerning the order dated March 2, 2015, without prior written leave of this Court.
