Application by the respondents Kathryn Barton and Roger Barton, separate application by the respondents Gotham, Condominium and Cooper Square Realty, Inc., and separate application by the respondent Morgan Interiors, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 8, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 1, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
