DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2014, and two orders of the same court entered April 16, 2015, and May 14, 2015, respectively, and for poor person relief. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 13, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
