| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 12, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court entered January 14, 2014, or, in the alternative, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until August 17, 2015, the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
