Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 26, 2015, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated January 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]). is enlarged until July 25, 2016, and the respondent-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
