| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 21, 2014, to vacate a stay of all proceedings on the appeal imposed by an order of liquidation of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 6, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the stay imposed by the order of liquidation dated August 6, 2015, is denied as unnecessary as the stay imposed by that order has expired; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 15, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
