DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 25, 2016, in effect, to amend so much of an decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2016, as conditioned a stay upon the perfection of the appeal on or before June 13, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 13, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "July 16, 2016"; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2016, is further amended by (1) deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 13, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "August 15, 2016,", and (2) by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 28, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "August 30, 2016).
