Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on April 1, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Erik Johnson sworn to May 26, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 4, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 4, 2016, and inserting in its place the date August 15, 2016.
