Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 29, 2015, for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is denied as moot, as by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 6, 2016, the appeal was dismissed and appellant's motion was denied as academic.
