ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, upon the certification of George E. Reed, Jr., Esq., dated May 27, 2016, and upon the order on certification of this Court dated April 19, 2016, granting poor person relief and assigning counsel with respect to the order dated March 3, 2016, the appellant is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal from the order dated May 10, 2016, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute that appeal:
