On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 22, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered September 17, 2013, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "June 13, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "June 14, 2016."
