On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 31, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation."
