Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay the nonparty-respondent, or anyone acting on her behalf, from withdrawing, selling, transferring, conveying, hypothecating, liening, encumbering or otherwise disposing of her money, property, or interest held in accounts with the defendant-respondent, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the nonparty-respondent, or anyone acting on her behalf, is stayed from withdrawing, selling, transferring, conveying, hypothecating, liening, encumbering, or otherwise disposing of her money, property, or interest held in accounts at the defendant-respondent, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
