Application by the respondent Howard Futerman, and separate application by the respondents Alexander Hindenburg and Winthrop Oncology Hematology Associates, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 6, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered December 8, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 8, 2016, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
