DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-respondent pro se on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 5, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered March 9, 2016, to relieve counsel assigned to represent him by the Supreme Court, Kings County, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Mental Hygiene Legal Service, 170 Old Country Road, Suite 500, Mineola, NY 11501, is relieved as counsel for the respondent-respondent and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law § 10.13(c) and County Law article 18-B, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent-respondent:
