DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 7, 2009 (People v Latouche, 61 AD3d 702), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered November 15, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
