| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to extend the time to move for leave to reargue his prior motion to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2012, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 16, 2008. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time of the appellant's assigned counsel to move for leave to reargue his prior motion to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2012, is extended until August 1, 2016.
