Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 28, 2015, to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file time to serve and file a brief until October 31, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until September 1, 2016, the respondents-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
