| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to strike the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 16, 2015, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2016, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike the record is denied on condition that on or before July 14, 2016, the appellants replace pages 324, 335, and 342 with pages containing the documents that do not contain notations; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 15, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
