| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, in effect, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to her trial exhibits on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 16, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for a reconstruction hearing is granted, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to the appellant-respondent's trial exhibits in the above-entitled action, and the appellant-respondent shall immediately advise this Court when the reconstruction hearing is completed or if reconstruction cannot be accomplished; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal is held in abeyance in the interim.
