Motion by Anthony D. Denaro, inter alia, for leave to reargue and renew a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated March 16, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. Mr. Denaro was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 18, 1964.
