Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 9, 2011, to include a letter dated May 14, 2007, from the Office of the District Attorney to David Walensky.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before July 8, 2016, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the letter dated May 14, 2007.
