Appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, entered March 12, 2015. On May 14, 2015, the District Court dismissed the action when appellant failed to appear for trial.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed without prejudice to appellant moving to reinstate the appeal upon a showing that the District Court's May 14, 2015 dismissal of the action has been vacated.
