K.O. Medical, P.C., as Assignee of Nasharra Cobb, Respondent, v Farmington Casualty Company, Appellant.

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 22, 2015. The order denied appellant's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. By order of the same court entered November 30, 2015, a motion by respondent for summary judgment was granted.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered January 22, 2015 is dismissed (see Livny v Rotella, 305 AD2d 377 [2003]).
