Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 24, 2015, October 20, 2015, and December 11, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to report on whether that court considered the material on pages SR1 through SR5 of the proposed supplemental record annexed to the instant motion papers in determining the motions that resulted in the orders dated October 20, 2015, or December 11, 2015; the Supreme Court, Rockland County, shall file its report with all convenient speed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance in the interim.
