| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Joint application by the respondent-appellant Anthony Brancato and the respondent Joseph Brancato, on an appeal and cross appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 6, 2014, to substitute Anthony Brancato, as personal representative of the estate of Roseann Brancato, for the deceased respondent-appellant Roseann Brancato, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Anthony Brancato, as personal representative of the estate of Roseann Brancato, is substituted for the deceased respondent-appellant Roseann Brancato, and the caption is amended accordingly.
