DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants, in effect, to correct the caption on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 24, 2015, to reflect that they are respondents-appellants on the appeals and cross appeal and for leave to serve and file a brief responding to the briefs filed by the appellants-respondents. Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, on or before July 11, 2016, the appellants-respondents shall correct the caption of the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to reflect that the plaintiffs are respondents-appellants, on or before or before July 25, 2016, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a brief responding to the briefs filed by the appellants-respondents, on or before August 24, 2016, the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, and or before or before September 13, 2016, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, responding to the reply briefs of the appellants-respondents and the brief filed by the respondents Town of Southampton, MTA - Long Island Railroad, and Mary Pickney.
