ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 24, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 24, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 9, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "July 11, 2016."
