ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by the defendant, Horizon 33 Management, LLC, and the nonparty, Wei Zhu, from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 4, 2016.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals or their attorneys show cause why the appeal by the nonparty Wei Zhu should or should not be dismissed on the ground that Wei Zhu is not aggrieved by the order dated April 14, 2016 (see CPLR 5511), by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court, on or before July 15, 2016, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties to the appeals or their attorneys by regular mail.
