Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the appellants-respondents and the respondent-appellant to serve and file their respective reply briefs on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is enlarge the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is granted, the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until August 19, 2016, and the appellants-respondents' reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
