In the Matter of Edwin D. Finney, appellant,

v Doreen A. Winfield, respondent.

(Docket No. F-14246-07/15E)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Edwin D. Finney from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 11, 2015. By scheduling order dated May 11, 2016, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until June 13, 2016. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

DILLON, J.P., COHEN, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
