| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent Village of Hempstead pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 10, 2015, and an order of the same court dated February 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondent Village of Hempstead to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 27, 2016, and the brief of the respondent Village of Hempstead must be served and filed on or before that date.
