| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Keith Bostwick and Saul Bostwick, as executors of the estate of Beatrice Schnall Bostwick, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated January 11, 2016, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Beatrice Schnall Bostwick, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Keith Bostwick and Saul Bostwick, as executors of the estate of Beatrice Schnall Bostwick, are substituted for the deceased appellant Beatrice Schnall Bostwick, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 1, 2016, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
