Motion by the appellants Emanuel Lazaar and Ernest Visconti on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2015, for leave to reargue their prior motion, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain motion papers, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 21, 2015, as amended December 24, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
