| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2015, containing the transcript of an administrative hearing which occurred on February 21, 2014, annexed to the appellant's motion papers, and/or the "tape (CD-ROM)" of that hearing. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2016, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to report on whether the Supreme Court considered that material in determining the motion and the petition that resulted in the order and judgment dated April 15, 2015, and the appellant's motion was held in abeyance in the interim. The Supreme Court, Kings County, has issued its report dated June 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the report of Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
