Motion by the appellants George J. Todd and Roosevelt Hospital, and separate motion by the appellant Rafael Abreau to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
