ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 12, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 17, 2015" and substituting therefor the date "August 17, 2016."
