Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 18, 2014, for failure to serve and file a supplemental record in compliance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2015, to reinstate the appeal, and to extend the time to serve and file the supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
