Appeal by Yvonne S. purportedly from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 21, 2016.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal is not in compliance with CPLR 5515 as there is no order of the Family Court dated April 21, 2016, by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before July 29, 2016, and serving one copy of the same on each other, or if so advised, by moving for relief pursuant to CPLR 5512; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
