| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered August 21, 2014, pending determination of his motion pursuant to CPL 440 by the County Court, Dutchess County, and to enlarge his time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeals in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 21, 2016, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
