Motion by Village of Scarsdale to stay the trial in the above-entitled action under Index No. 65855/14, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 22, 2016, and to hear that appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the trial in the above-entitled action under Index No. 65855/14 is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 22, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
