Motion by the attorney for the child, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, all dated September 30, 2015, on the ground that the appeals are without merit.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the attorney for the child's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 10, 2016, and the attorney for the child's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
