| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal by Gus Goussetis, as guardian for the person of Mary Goussetis, and Paraskevi Goussetis from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 28, 2016, and March 31, 2016, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeals or their attorneys show cause why the appeals by Mary Goussetis should or should not be dismissed on the ground that Gus Goussetis, as guardian of the person of Mary Goussetis, did not have authority to file a notice of appeal on behalf of Mary Goussetis, by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before July 29, 2016, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties to the appeals or their attorneys by regular mail.
